Business Assistance is a company and training centre that provides management consultancy and legal & administrative support services to freelancers, SMEs and major corporations.

Our working philosophy centres on the amicable management of disputes and alternative means of resolving them, most notably through mediation.

Our objective is to be receptive to company directors, providing targeted assistance and the breathing space they need to devote themselves to their core business and to remain fully available to carry out their activities.

Price List

Prices do not include VAT.

Fees:

1) Hourly rate:

           *  Legal advice:  100,00€/hour

             *  Administrative Assistance: 65,00€/hour

             *  Mediation, transaction, negotiation: 125,00€/hour

 *  Coaching / training: variable rate depending on the place, object of the       

                 request, number of people,…

 

2) Lump sum:

This amount takes into account the complexity of the case, its length and the end result.

A minimum fee is always due whatever the outcome of the case or request.

 

3) Commission:

Takes into account the complexity of the case, and the amounts involved.

A minimum fee is also due.

 

4) Subscription:

The subscription allows you to benefit from Business Assistance’s services in return for a fee in lieu of an agreed lump sum, which is paid periodically (monthly, quarterly or half-yearly).

Costs:

Beside the fees, Business Assistance charges for secretarial and travel expenses:

·        10,00€ per typed page

·        0,50€ per telecommunication unit (tel, fax, gsm, mail)

·        0,50€ / km
